Pre-opp conversions: Consolidating GTM reporting end-to-end

Background: We’ve always been skeptical of “MQLs.” Reporting on MQLs felt so rudimentary, like configuring a Tableau chart or modifying the step-function logic that often drives the creation of an MQL itself.

We should write a short book on how models can replace the poor hygiene we see in the marketing-to-sales handoff, but first we’ll acknowledge this fact: the creation of an MQL represents an important operational conversion within an organization.

Effectiveness and efficiency

As many of our customers look ahead to the new year, they are carefully considering resource allocation in light of the current macroeconomic environment. So, we are excited to announce a new feature on our platform that will help our customers further optimize their resource allocation.

If SDRs or AEs are wasting time on low-quality leads, that’s a problem for everyone.

Thanks to feedback from valued customers and prospects during fiscal year planning sessions, we have added the ability for customers to configure QFlow to include important pre-opportunity conversions, such as the hand off of marketing-qualified leads and the acceptance of those leads.

End-to-end campaign reporting on what matters.

In the words of one CRO, this means less “digging around in Tableau or Salesforce for insights.” Instead, you can track key conversion points across teams in one place in real time.

Prior to this release, QFlow.ai tracked campaign efforts and key sales outcomes, creating a closed loop on GTM efforts. By including these pre-opportunity conversions, customers can now see the entire process from start to finish, making it easier to identify areas of improvement.

In addition to helping with effectiveness, this new feature will also provide valuable insights into the efficiency of go-to-market efforts. By coupling campaign spend data with hand off of marketing-qualified leads and the acceptance of those leads, businesses will be able to see how their marketing campaigns are performing and make data-driven decisions about where to allocate resources.
